Pay Rent Online by Credit Card or Electronic Check
The first time you pay you will need to register. This will make it much easier to pay in the future. If you have any problems finding your name in the system please contact us at 349-2585.
***YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY RENT ONLINE UNTIL THE 1st OF THE MONTH***
All rent is due by the fist of the month and late if recived on the 6th or later. There is a fee of $1.50 to pay online with a check. Some of the benefits are: you will recieve an instant reciept and confirmation of payment, your payment will be time and date stamped to help avoid late fees, you will be able to see your balance online, and you will be able to see a complete history of you payments.
